We tell you more about their work, everyday life and personalities, answer your questions about keeping, training and the history of sled dogs.

Out with snowshoes and dogs in winter terrain
What do you associate with the term “trapper”?
Wide landscapes, cold, long stretches of solitude off the beaten path.
That’s exactly what you experience with us.
After an introduction, you get to know our dogs, before we head out together into the snow-covered forest.
We move through the winter landscape, along Prairie Creek – and, if conditions allow, even directly on the river.
The dogs accompany us and turn this tour into a special experience between nature, movement and real connection.
The focus is on being outdoors together, the shared experience and time outside – calm, intense and far away from everyday life.

For young adventurers – and big eyes in the snow
Here, the focus is on the children.
Our experienced dogs pull the young musher on the sled, while a parent walks alongside and guides the dog.
The children get to know the dogs, experience the interaction and become part of the team – safe, calm and with plenty of joy.
A special experience for families, where children don’t just watch, but actively take part.

This program is the direct introduction to sled dog driving.
After a short introduction, you get to know our dogs and then head straight onto the sled.
Without any big detours, you head straight into the winter landscape – through forests and across open fields around the ranch.
The ride is short, but intense and gives you an immediate impression of what sled dog driving is all about.
